JSC "Kazkommertsbank Kyrgyzstan" (hereinafter - the Bank) informs all its customers and stakeholders, in accordance with the decision of the general meeting of shareholders on March 27, 2015 the Bank was renamed JSC "Kyrgyzkommertsbank" and, in this regard, the May 27, 2015 passed re-registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as to obtain new license from the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic dated June 17, 2015 to conduct banking operations in national and foreign currency. Bank additionally notify its customers and interested parties to complete the renaming and re-registration of branches in the terms established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic .
